Jen and Brian join ASU as Venture Mentors!

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

JUNE 4, 2018

PEAK Fleet co-founders Jennifer Coyne and Brian Stinson are excited to announce their appointment as Academic Associates at Arizona State University.

Designed to advance promising new business ventures, the Venture Devil program connects ASU student, faculty, and community-based entrepreneurs with Venture Mentors, like Coyne and Stinson, to provide one-on-one guidance and support in the development of their start-up enterprise. Program participants benefit from direct engagement with distinguished mentors, access to collaborative curriculum to learn and share effective entrepreneurial strategies, and qualification for ASU funding opportunities and resources.

In accompaniment with direct mentorship, Coyne and Stinson offer their entrepreneurial expertise to the Venture Devils community through online educational resources and “boot-camp” style workshops.

Passion for leading organizational excellence has driven their work as business development consultants since the 2016 launch of The PEAK Fleet, a consulting company specializing in a human-centered approach to workplace success. The PEAK Fleet mission and methods are built upon four foundational values—Persistence, Empathy, Authenticity, and Kindness—to empower employee engagement and create innovative, inclusive corporate cultures.

When asked why they pursued this opportunity at ASU, PEAK Fleet CEO, Jen Coyne responded by saying, “We have a passion for creating vibrant, values-based organizational cultures. Working as Venture Mentors affords us the opportunity to help not only realize that through assisting Venture Devils in their startups, but gives us the opportunity to help the ventures in all aspects of their endeavors. The experience aligns so well with the purpose of The PEAK Fleet.”

The PEAK Fleet co-founders are motivated by a simple mission: to help organizations succeed by creating an engaged workforce that thrives together. As Venture Mentors, this mission will motivate their leadership of today’s entrepreneurs, affect ground-level change among tomorrow’s workforces, and spearhead a movement of engaged and inclusive organizational culture.
